Loading ...Our traditional newbies’ event will be held on Monday, September 21st at 19.00 at Tenants’ Association’s (VY) party room (address: Inspehtorinkatu 4 B) at the student village. All even slightly interested are welcome.
During this informal event you can see the current board members and hear about our activities in a nutshell. After this there’s some barbecuing and free chatting. Homoglobiini offers you some snacks and drink.
In our latest meeting we were talking aout new means of reaching our members in a informal way. Two ideas came up, both of which were thought earlier by the board.
1) Lunch: We’re having a lunch together at student restaurant Tottisalmi (Kirkkotie 13, in the same building as the student healthcare, 2nd level). We’ll meet at the lobby at 13.30 and then go in. Based on feedback we then decide whether to have these every week or every fortnight and also, in which restaurant we should prefer (if any particular one). Unfortunately there’s no English menu online, but someone can translate it for you in situ. There’s always one veg dish for sure.
2) Party pre-warming: there’s a gay party coming up this Friday at Klubi (Humalistonkatu 8, free entrance between 22 & 23, otherwise 4/5 e + 2 e left jacket, dj Lara) and we’ll warm up at the gay bar Suxes (Yliopistonkatu 9, inner yard), starting at 21. We will then proceed to Klubi before 23.

It’s time to say good-byes to summer. This means that Homoglobiini returns back to normal timetable – meaning meeting every 1st and 3rd Monday each month. We’ll kickstart the autumn season by a meeting at bar Three Beers in student village on September 7th at 19.00. We will then discuss about the program for this autumn and then continue maybe with billiard or board games. Welcome!
